Please note ANY approved Warranty or Goodwill covers Parts Replacement or Value by agreement only, Labour will not be covered. Electrical items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Oscar Distributors LTD will not accept returns due to misdiagnosis, or change of mind. If you are modifying a vehicle, have a modified vehicle or engine swapped chassis (this includes SMF conversions) it is your responsibility to ensure correct compatibility of parts before purchase. All Body Parts/Trims/Bumpers are aftermarket, and as such professional installation is always recommended, as some trimming or clearance may be required for optimal fitting. It is the Buyers responsibility to check fitment before installing any part. By using and/ or installing the invoiced parts you agree to these terms.

REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when purchasing from us.
For products purchased in store and online, we are happy to exchange products within 7 days of purchase, providing the goods are in re-saleable condition and you have proof of purchase.
For products purchased from our website we are happy to exchange your goods within 10 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in re-saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you exchange a product that was purchased on special for a different product, you will have to pay the full retail price, not the special price if the promotion has ended.
If the product returned is faulty, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the “Consumer Guarantees Act”.
Returns attract a 10% restocking admin fee, at Oscar Distributors LTD discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange.
If you are approved, your exchange will be sent out asap or a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, times may vary. This is beyond our control.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking shipping service or. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Stock Levels
Subject to stock availability. We try our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but there may be a stock inaccuracies and we will not be able to fulfil all your order at time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
